		<description>You need corporate sponsorship, seriously. Start a blog about your trip, and see if you can convince some local businesses to sponsor your trip and in return you will provide them with free advertising on your webspace. You may have to agree to some volunteer work too. But for the big bucks you need it will be well worth it.  You might want to have a few car washes and sell some candy, sodas, or chips at some local events with permission, of course.

		<description>Well there are the obvious things like sales and craft fairs, you could also do a book fair and ask the local library to help and maybe try to have a popular author visit.  Then there are also grants, Target is giving away $800 field trip grants this year, which wouldn&#039;t be all the $$ you&#039;d need, but still a nice chunk:
