School Fundraising Ideas

Helping you raise money to support your teachers and kids

you can do a SONIC car hop. Inquire at a local SONIC drive-in.

At some Wal-Marts, if you do a car wash, they will donate some money too (the assumption is that you are bringing in business for them too). Talk to your local Wal-Mart

  1. ♥Adrienne♥ Said,

    maybe an event?
you could try to organize a dance or party. ticket sales can go to the charity or whatever you're raising money for. at the party/dance, you could also have people donate more money to your cause. hope this helped! good luck :D

Manicures, fireworks show, neighborhood concert (parents will really shell out to see their kids perform!), a free lesson or craft, a CD of local kids playing/singing music, sell art, garage sale, bake sale, sell icecream, paint faces, take photos with funny cardboard cutouts like Darth Vader or something, sell flowers. Good luck to your cause!!

    Depending on what it's for…

Organize a walk/run. These can make big money. Also, auctions work well. We had them when I was in high school. Students auctioned off different services – bringing a homemade lunch for a week, carrying books to class, etc.

I don't know. A sports game? Charity for something. Whatever you want to represent.

A bake sale, carnival, Chinese raffle, raffle something off, a dance, adult or kid bingo night, a dinner for a cause, a play, a movie night, a board game or sporting event night, an auction. The possibilities are endless. Charge a small admission, ask for donations and offer publicity for a company that donates, charge a small fee for publicity for businesses in a newsletter. It would help to know what you are trying to raise money for. Is it for kids, adults, a school, a cause? It would open a whole new set of ideas. Good Luck!
