I need Ideas but we have a low budget
dont we all?
anyways. the kids could do things like rake leaves, shovel show, walk dogs for the group and donate the money. also you could have a typical sale of something home made, like home made jewlery or you could have a carwash in the summer.

I would ask some of your local resturaunts and try to have a night where they give you 10 or 15% of their total earnigs.

Here’s a no-cost fundraising idea: This company sells drawing journals, and they have a whole series. They offer fundraising prices to you and then let you charge the retail rate – so you make the difference in total profit. You take the orders from customers, collect their money, and then send in one final order, with your “cost,” placing the order. Whatever the difference is between what you collected and what you send in.. is yours to keep as profit. They don’t have a minimum order – if you only sell 3 books, then you only pay for 3 books and you’ve made that profit. The more you order, though, the lower your “cost,” and so the higher your “profit.” On their website you can download a fundraising info sheet which shows you what your actual profits would be. These drawing journals are really cool – they have them for kids, brides, expectant moms, new moms, patients and caregivers, teenagers, the Christmas season, etc. – the insides are made for drawing and the outsides are a real slick colorful cover. They make great gifts, and we even bought some and put them in gift baskets with colored pencils, crayons, etc. Good luck! http://www.DoodlyCouch.com/fundraisers.html is the site.
What about having a comedy show as a fundraising event? I know you have a low budget but you could pitch the idea, see if you can sell tickets – and if you can, hire comedians. I’ve done these many times for school and minor hockey and baseball fundraisers.
Just a thought (and it’s my job).

Good Day,
I am a skilled fundraiser with an outstanding background in successful fundraising operations. I am seeking to align myself with a progressive company that is poised for strong growth and success. With extensive experience supervising talented parents and community teams, meeting schedules, and delivering first-class products and customer service
, I am confident I can help you meet your organization’s most ambitious objectives.
I love this product so much, I have built a website http://www.thepoppedcornstore.com. The product sells itself. No one can eat just one handful! The company that makes this delicious popcorn has mentioned me in their monthly newsletter earlier this year http://www.thepoppedcornstore.blogspot.com. I will continue to add blogs in the near future. These are a few of the projects I either have raised money for myself, or participated in:
`Cheerleading Uniforms
`Cheerleading Summer Camp
`Sports Uniforms
`Sports Summer Camp
`Boy Scouts Uniforms
`Birthday Parties
`Amusement Park Trips
`Religious and Private Organizations
I would appreciate an interview with the Proprietor of Fundraising Operations to discuss the ways in which I could assist you in accomplishing your goals.
Please feel free to contact me directly at any time. In the meantime, thank you for your consideration. Please have a wonderful day.
Sincerely,
Robert Alexander
