School Fundraising Ideas

Helping you raise money to support your teachers and kids

I am trying to get together some fundraisers so students at my school can afford to go on the trip this year. The teachers wont do any other fundraisers other than the ones they already have. If you have any suggestions please leave a comment!!!!

You can always get the community involved & ask for donations from area businesses. Or you can have a fundraiser of your own – sell Entertainment Books, Sally Foster giftwrap or cookie dough on your own. Lots of those fundraisers can all be done online now by e-mail solicitations so it makes it really easy for you.

Actually, you can possibly even use the Entertainment Book coupons for the trip to get your costs down!

Good luck!

Our greatest success was with an auction we [PTA] held at the school’s winter carnival. People go nuts just before Christmas and spend much more than they would if you just asked for money or tried to sell -overpriced candy.

    Good luck to you.

Come up with something related to a holiday or celebration…something that can be given as a gift to students. My son’s college does a ‘welcome pack’ and the sale targets family members. Good luck.

Have all your classmates bring things they don’t use to sell at a garage sale.(2) you could bake something and have people buy it.(3) you can do a car wash.
