School Fundraising Ideas

I am supposed to be a crystal-ball reading gypsy at an elementary-school fundraiser soon. Kids there will be ranging in ages from 4-12, and there will be parents, too. I have Googled and surfed and cannot find anything like what I had in mind, but would very much like to have 3-4 short, age-appropriate, funny fortunes memorized to tell people. Any ideas?

A couple weeks ago my childhood Elementary school was burned down. It’s almost the beginning of a new school year and the little kids that go there wont have any playground for recess. So me and my friends want to have a fundraiser to raise money for the school, I need ideas and details please!

This was done for an English GT project. The class was doing fundraisers as a way to understand the concept of how the economy affects charities and programs. My group chose to advocate the disappearance of art programs throughout the U.S.
