Helping you raise money to support your teachers and kids

Pacifica High School in Garden Grove put together a fundraiser for Haiti relief with the goal to raise $2000 in two minutes. If the goal was reached, the ASB girls could dress up their assistant principal Mr. Ma for a week. Each classroom had an envelope where students could put in their donations. When “Go!” was announced through the intercom, a representative from each class had to run out to drop the envelope off at the courtyard. The school was able to raise over $6000! The money will be able to provide pharmaceuticals and 40,000 lbs of rice and 40,000 lbs of beans for an orphanage in Haiti. Thanks to Pacifica High School for joining Giving Children Hope in bringing relief to Haiti!

Most "traditional" fundraisers are already done at my school by specific clubs, and out of courtesy we don’t use those fundraisers. For example:
Car Wash
Bake Sale (sort of)

Selling coupon books and such never works. We’re raising money for our Junior Prom and need $4,000 more. We’re having an auction soon, but do you have any simple, creative ideas for making money for our class?

If you want to raise a particular amount of money, you should decide where your excess money will be deposited or used – by doing this, you will manage to avoid possible confusion in the future. A scratch and win fundraiser is among the highly efficient and low cost fund raising opportunities and you should use it for the benefit of your fund raising organization. Keep in mind that your fund raising rate is going to increase as soon as you start using scratch and win cards. Whether you want to thank your supporters, promote your fund raising cause and organization or hold an efficient fundraiser, such cards are guaranteed to come with unmatchable excitement.

The main benefits of a scratch and win fundraiser include low costs, creating an increased awareness for your fund raising organization and high efficiency when used for charities, organizations or schools. A scratch and win fundraiser can work out miracles for your organization because it is profitable, easy and quick. It can also create the necessary awareness towards your fund raising cause by using a winning technique that is both inexpensive and exciting.

I am a senior in high school and we are trying to figure out how to raise money for homecoming and other activities since the schools not giving us any money. We thought it might be cool to have a senior auction and have underclassmen bid on us to do homework whatever they want for a day. Any ideas would be a great help :)

car washes always bring money, or you could have a "rent a freshman day" or "rent a senior day" where you can rent a classman and they walk around with you to all your classes and you can have them carry your stuff, but not cheat on tests for you or anything :P then you just get permission slips to be excused from their class to spend the day with their renter :P we charged 3 dollars. or you can have a mini food festival where clubs can make foods that connect to their club and then ofcourse a portion of the funds would go to the club, but the majority wouldl go towards homecoming
