I have 1 month to raise $440 for cheerleading uniforms. What I really want to do is have a mini summer cheer leading camp for elementary kids. i really want to get them uniforms and all that. but im afafraidhat would be alot of money. is there any other fundraisers i could do or is there any way i could do the mini cheerleading camp so it does not use up alot of money

Do a run or jump rope and have people sponsor per hour or mile
*Make a calender of you guys doing stunts and sell them at event and to friends and family
*Throw a dance and charge a small cover fee enough to cover more than decorations
*Bowling night, organize it with the alley so you get a portion of the money (and cover charge)
*Karaoke night and charge per song or cover fee and sell baked goods (homemade)
* Sell concessions at a game (but not interfering with anyone else)
*Car wash!
* Bake off, have people come and bake goods then have a local celebrity judge the goods then award prizes auction off the rest to the crowd
*Cheer Clinic for girls who want to cheer, little kids up to girls who will be trying-out next year charge a fee for a t-shirt and end with a performance at a game
*Make decorations for the teams you cheer for and sell it at games
* Host a movie night and charge a small cover fee and rent a popcorn machine and charge for a bag

Actually, my son's high school did away with fund raisers. Instead, a $5.00 "fee" was added to the general fee at the beginning of the year. It was determined that with the economy, it was easier to pay that than to get the small percent from a fund raiser, because people just were not buying the products (candles, cookies, etc.), and they made more this way.

I am in a high school service learning group similar to "Invisible Children", and we are looking to conduct fundraisers in nearby schools.

What are some good fundraiser ideas aside from having kids go from house to house selling stuff?

A good example idea to think about is "Penny Wars", but we can't use particular example unfortunately.

bake sales at lunch and sporting events.
candy sales during school.
Really just sell anything at school. Like for Valentines day at my school they sold flowers for a dollar and they were delivered at the end of the week.
Ask an administrator if you can organize a dance.
Car wash.

I need fundraising ideas for my school!
Thanks!

You can do fund raising nights at restaurants. I actually did a bingo night at my school we raised 500 dollars. I did tie dye shirts for an art trip my class wanted to go on. Car Washes. Wrap presents for people at christmas. Bake sale.
